He is the author of several scholarly monographs, including The Earliest Commentary on the Prophecy of Habakkuk (Oxford: OUP, 2022); and The Formation of the Jewish Canon (New Haven, CT: Yale University Press, 2013). He co-edited with John J Collins, The Oxford Handbook of the Dead Sea Scrolls (Oxford: OUP, 2010) and is the series editor of The Oxford Commentary on the Dead Sea Scrolls (Oxford: OUP).
