A very unfortunate attempt to take secular therapies and give them a Christian covering. Having spent over 40 years working with many deeply hurting individuals I am sad to say the advice given here will offer hope, but always leave the person in their trauma. As Jesus said: "31Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. 32And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”" The only real road forward is to be transformed by the living Word of God.
