Top Highlights

“I. The Divine Request. ‘Let them make Me a sanctuary, that I may dwell among them’ (Exod. 25:8). Who? Those who had been redeemed from bondage and separated for Himself. God can dwell only with a separated people. But notice that this proposal originated with God Himself. He so loves those whom He hath saved that He desires to dwell among them. This is but a fresh manifestation of a long-standing purpose in the heart of God. The great craving of the divine heart is to get an abode with man. He dwelt with man in the Garden, then in the Tabernacle, then in the Temple, then in the Person of His Son, now in believers. ‘Know ye not that ye are the Temple of God, and that God dwelleth in you?’ (1 Cor. 3:16).” (Volume 1, Page 10)

“The first peace is dependent on faith; the second is dependent on prayer” (Volume 12, Page 90)

“What harmony can exist between the Holy Christ and pure vileness and worthlessness” (Volume 10, Page 143)

“Happiness is found not in what we have, but in what we are. This blessedness belongs to every Christ-like character.” (Volume 1, Page 125)

“Trials make the promise sweet; there is no discipline of soul without them.” (Volume 1, Page 64)

Praise for the Print Edition

Unlike many books of this kind, the teaching is definite. Here we find food for the hungry, comfort for the perplexed, and weapons for the warrior. These pages show how practical the Bible is, and how vast the range of its Revelation.

The British Evangelist

There is a wealth and variety of suggestive thought and abundant outline and material for sermons and addresses.

Scottish Review

These are good handfuls, some almost too full; but gleaners will carry away from this field all they can hold, and return again for more.

This became a pre-pub a couple weeks ago, and I already committed to this during community pricing. However, I just purchased a base package that has this same book included. I am confused and prepared to cancel my pre-pub unless someone can share what is happening. I don't want to pay for the book twice. Should those who want it faster, just purchase a base package? -Thanks

This product seems to have an artificially inflated baseline of $6. Can someone please explain why? I've cancelled my bid until this is cleared up.
