Digital Logos Edition
Adrian Rogers, one of the most influential Southern Baptist pastors of the 20th century, was a well-respected expositor of the biblical text. His sermons are still broadcast in many countries around the world. And with this new collection, some of the more hard to find sermons are available for the first time in Logos.
The Adrian Rogers Supplemental Sermon Archive contains almost 100 sermons that have not been released to the wider public. Covering series in Daniel, Revelation, and Romans, alongside of sermons given at the SBC and elsewhere, these sermons are prime examples of the breadth and depth of Adrian Rogers’ preaching ministry. Also, for the first time, we are transcribing these audio resources, allowing you to both listen to his sermon and reference the written versions in your own study.
Alongside of these sermons, we’re providing sermon notes for over 100 sermons that Rogers brought on stage while he preached. These are helpful tools for anyone who wants to see the mind working behind the finished sermons that Rogers preached.
Adrian Rogers consistently presented the Good News of Jesus Christ with strong conviction, compassion, and integrity. Under his pastoral leadership, Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, Tennessee, grew from 9,000 members in 1972 to more than 29,000 at his retirement in 2005. Adrian Rogers was a leader in his denomination, serving three terms as president of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) (the world’s largest Protestant denomination of 16 million members) and of the “conservative resurgence.” He was also the pastor and Bible teacher for Love Worth Finding Ministries (LWF).
Known for his evangelistic zeal and uncompromising commitment to the Word of God, Adrian Rogers was one of the greatest preachers, respected Bible teachers, and Christian leaders of our time.
