    I have spent the past three hours trying to to download program. I believe it is a shame. If they can not do any better than this....they should have left the CD to accompany the book. Very disappointed.....I call support and still did not receive support.....

    Good to see that I am not the only customer having the same problem with this software. Navigating Logos should not be this difficult. PLEASE bring back access through WordSearch. I used that software for several years. I have access to the commentaries from all of those years and several other resources that I've paid for as well as some that were free.

    Please provide a step by step process for this Lesson Commentary, I have yet to figure how to redeem and download on my computer. This is extremely aggravating , you really need to go back to the disks. I have put my code in and still nothing..... Sincerely Frustrated Nothing should be this hard to figure out. My thoughts also. I have gone through several trials of down loading the code that came with my copy of the 2018-2019 commentary.

    This is day two that I have tried to download my 2018-2019 commentary. Have spoken to someone and was emailed some instructions. Still don't have it. If you want to test your religion try to work with this Logos to get materials.

    I am highly disappointed and feel like I have been ripped off. I have been buying the SLC for years with the Wordsearch disc. Now you have discontinued WS and appended Logos which is an entirely different and inferior product. You had something that was not broken and did not need to be fixed. I will go back to the Union Gospel Commentary.
