This volume contains the text of the Washington Manuscripts of Deuteronomy, Joshua, and the Psalms. The Washington Manuscript I, containing Greek texts from Deuteronomy and Joshua, is believed to have originally been bound with the entire Pentateuch. This ancient manuscript provides an early example of red lettering and lection divisions. Henry A. Sanders presents the history, palaeography, contents, textual issues, and collations of each codex, along with several facsimile plates of the manuscripts themselves.
