Digital Logos Edition
This workflow guides you through the steps of studying a chapter of the Bible using the inductive Bible study approach of Precept Ministries International.
Note: the Precept approach involves close study of the Bible at the book-level (say, the whole Gospel of John), the chapter level (say, John 1), and the verse-level (say, John 1:1). This workflow assumes you are working through a single chapter of the Bible.
Please note: At present, Workflows are only available in the Logos Desktop and Logos web app. They are not available in the Logos Mobile App.
Using Workflows in Logos, you’ll find clear, step-by-step instructions to jump right into every type of Bible study. Choose your study goals, like personal devotions, sermon prep, or exegesis, and Logos lays out the books and tools you’ll need for each step. Whether you are new to workflows, are a seasoned Logos user utilizing workflows to prepare a sermon, or meditaing over a passage using the Lectio Devina Workflow, Logos Bible Software gives you the tools you need to use your digital library effectively and efficiently for deeper Bible study. Each Workflow offers unique prompts to help you think, reflect, and respond to whatever passage you are working on. Workflows saves individual studies you’ve started as Notes, and a progress bar shows how close you are to finishing. You can also share workflows you created via the Workflow Editor to make them public. When you’re finished, Logos records all your responses so you’ll always have access to your work. With Logos Bible Software and Logos edition, you get the most efficient and comprehensive research tools are in one place, so you get the most out of your study.
