Joseph Augustus Seiss, born March 18, 1823, was an American theologian and Lutheran minister known for his religion writings on pyramidology and dispensationalism. He published more than one hundred works, one of his most popular works becoming a primary text of pyramidology. He died on June 20, 1904.
