Gesenius' Hebrew-Chaldee Lexicon of the Old Testament is Samuel Tregelles' translation of Gesenius' Lexicon Manuale Hebraicum et Chaldaicum in Veteris Testamenti Libros. It is the predecessor of the Brown-Driver-Briggs lexicon.

The book itself is useful. The one start is to call the attention to the fact that this digital edition is full of typos. I have found, so far, 302! I have consistently reported them to Verbum with the "report typo" over the years, but I have not seen a single corrected, even though some of the reports were done 4 years ago. I wish Logos would take the time to correct the customer-reported typos, at least every 3 years.Sia Pauno

this is the most accurate Hebrew Lexicon out there to the original language, this Lexicon sticks strongly to the Hebrew, and is numbered with Strong's depending on which edition, i also have the first and second in book form and it is authentic in translation to the logos edition. After using this Lexicon you will never go back to using strong's, and you will also discover that strong's is inaccurate to the original language.
