Overview

The Nehemiah Institute helps Christians establish establish and maintain a Christian worldview by providing a one-of-a-kind Christian worldview testing and training program to families, schools, churches, businesses and political groups. The PEERS Test consists of a series of statements carefully structured to identify a person’s worldview in five categories: Politics, Economics, Education, Religion, and Social Issues (PEERS). Each statement is framed to either align with or contradict a biblical principle. Enhanced Position Papers, a set of 27 Nehemiah Institute papers covering the most frequently missed PEERS statements, is a valuable research tool across all the PEERS categories.

The papers are written for college/adult use (PEERS Testing version AA14), providing approximately seven pages per test item. They give strong scriptural support for why a test item should, as determined by the Nehemiah Institute, be agreed or disagreed with. A bibliography list is included for further, more specific study.

About Marc Clausen

Dr. Marc Clausen brings extensive training and experience to the Institute in Christian Worldview Philosophy. His primary work at the Institute has been to write “enhanced,” college-level position papers on PEERS Test items. Dr. Clausen has served as an assistant professor of government/economics at Liberty University (1984–1993), adjunct professor of law at Marshall University (1986), and adjunct professor of economics at Lexington Baptist College (1999). He currently serves as pastor of Hope Presbyterian Church in Frankfort, Kentucky.
