I attempted to download SLC 2023-2024 to my logos library. The download was extremely slow. I clicked on the web app preview. It came up immediately from my cloud library. The Logos version on my computer never completed the download. Is the Logos version of SLC only available as the web app or the download but not both?

The SLC website says that the Logos version includes the below but I don't see it mentioned here... does it? The Deluxe Edition features online and download access for the Standard Lesson eCommentary through FaithLife’s Logos Bible Software.
