Dr. Tom Hale is a retired medical missionary who served in Nepal, and his book is essentially a missionary's commentary. Dr. Tom Hale has served as a missionary with Interserve and is also the author of several books.

Stephen Thorson is a missionary with a degree in theology from Wheaton College Graduate School, and he teaches at the Nepal Evangelical Bible College.
