Jim Putman is a 17-year ministry veteran, author, and national speaker. He is also the senior pastor of Real Life Ministries in Post Falls, Idaho. He holds degrees from Boise State University and Boise Bible College. With his background in sports, he believes in the value of strong coaching as a means to discipling.
Avery T. Willis Jr., has been a pastor, missionary, seminary president, and missions administrator in addition to being a popular author and speaker. He received his BA from Oklahoma Baptist University and his MDiv and ThD from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He pastored for 10 years in Texas and Oklahoma. He served as a missionary with the International Mission Board for 14 years and as president of the Indonesian Baptist Seminary in Indonesia for six years.
Brandon Guindon is an executive pastor at Real Life Ministries.
Bill Krause serves at Real Life Ministries as the leader of the Marriage and Family Ministry team. He is a graduate of Puget Sound Christian College, and earned his Master’s in Education from Eastern Washington University. Over the last 30 years Bill has worked in youth, children’s, and family ministries. Prior to coming to Real Life Bill was a professor at Boise Bible College serving as chairperson of the Christian Education program. His passion is the strengthening of God’s kingdom through generations of disciple makers in the home and in the world.
